When I was a child, I felt like something was missing.
A hole in my heart. An empty place I struggled to fill.
I felt like our family philosophy was to keep your feelings to yourself.
So I did.
Later I discovered that is an unhealthy way to live.
I felt like I could only depend on myself. I became lost and lonely. I made bad choices, did a lot of dangerous things, and spent time with the wrong people in an attempt to find validation and acceptance.
Nothing worked.
It got so bad, that I felt exhausted by life. I thought that ending it all might be the only way to stop feeling.
But now – by the grace of God, not only am I alive – I am thriving.
And I’m using those struggles and lessons to help people like you.
Let me tell you a bit more about myself:
I have three children with my first husband, who is a Marine. My kids vary in age from teen to adult. I am happy to share that Matt and I consider ourselves rockstar co-parents to our amazing children.
I’ve been remarried for more than eight years to another Marine. In total, I’ve been a military spouse for over 20 years.
Being a military spouse as well as raising kids can be challenging at times. Constant moves, being separated due to deployments, long work hours, or just the regular high-demand obligations of the military; all of which take a huge toll on a family. Over the past 20 years of being part of the military lifestyle, I have felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsupported.
My faith continues to get me through the struggles I face as a wife, mother, co-parent, caregiver for my aging parents, and coach.
I have always felt that I am here for a purpose or else I wouldn’t have survived all those struggles. I want people to honor themselves with no apologies. That they will accept and appreciate who they are meant to be.
I’m here to help people live their best lives because I truly believe that everyone is capable of living an abundant life. My goal is to encourage my clients to step into their best selves and believe, “I can do this!”
The best way for me to do this is by being a collaborative life coach. If you want someone to walk alongside you in life, let’s talk.
With me as your coach, you will feel supported and encouraged. You’ll stop apologizing for who you are and what you believe. You’ll get clarity on what you want and how to get there. You’ll have the space to be authentic and eliminate self-doubt. I’ll be your support and your cheerleader every step of the way.
Take a chance on yourself today. Book a clarity call. You have nothing to lose. I truly want to hear your story.
