Let’s Connect

What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

A therapist is a medical professional who deals with mental health issues. When you see a therapist, most of the help is focused around your past and present.

Life coaches are focused on your goals and future. Naturally, your past and present play into it. But you will mainly be focused on your plans for the future and how to improve your life.

In addition, although life coaches can have credentials, not all coaches do. The important thing is that you find a life coach whose philosophy inspires you. When you met her, did you feel a connection? Go with your gut.

What areas do you offer support?

  • Time management (routines and structure)

  • Coparenting

  • Military home life (spouses and children)

  • Mindset

  • Business

  • Life transitions (marriage, divorce, moving, having children, changing jobs, etc)

  • Finding calmness in your home life

Why would I need a life coach?

Ask yourself: do any of these sounds like you?

  • I feel overwhelmed with life.

  • I have a big life transition coming up (moving, changing careers, relationships).

  • I feel unsupported and could use an accountability partner.

  • I’m worried that fear is in the driver’s seat of my life.

  • I feel blocked or stuck in different areas of my life (money, mindset, creativity).

Let’s talk and see if coaching is right for you.
